Mouth breathing has so many different effects on the body and affects our body at different ages.
1. If you are an infant and mouth breathing, you will not develop your sinuses properly. When you’re breathing through your note, the sinus is actually having an opportunity to explain and develop properly.
2. If you’re breathing through your mouth, you’re not seeing enough nitric oxide. 30% of nitro oxide is produced in our sinuses when we’re breathing with our mouth closed.
3. Mouth breathing can affect our central nervous system. It keeps it in a flight or fright state so we really don’t have a chance to calm down.
4. If you’re a chronic mouth breather that can lead to ADHD. Do not get enough oxygen to your brain it can lead to brain fog, confusion, and exhaustion.
