January invites us to begin again, slowly and intentionally.

I like to think of this month as a grounding point, a moment to pause after the holidays and ask: What do I want to carry forward, and what can I gently leave behind? The Full Moon helps us release what feels heavy, while the New Moon offers a quiet space to set intentions rooted in balance and presence.

As you move through January, focus on grounding your body, allowing your energy and lymphatic flow to find a steady rhythm. New beginnings don’t have to be rushed, they unfold beautifully when we listen.

2025 brought so much growth, connection, and healing… and next year holds an even sweeter chapter. In just a few weeks, we’ll welcome another little girl into our family, and I can already feel how much light she’s bringing with her. ✨
