“Integrate lymphatic drainage into your lifestyle.”

Scientific evidence shows that while physical exercise boosts overall health by engaging muscles and increasing heart rate, it only indirectly supports lymphatic flow.

On the other hand, lymphatic massage specifically targets lymphatic vessels with gentle, rhythmic strokes to stimulate the movement of lymph fluid. This direct stimulation helps reduce swelling, detoxify the body, and enhance immune function.

Although exercise and good nutrition are essential, incorporating lymphatic massage ensures optimal body flow and comprehensive wellness.

During a lymphatic drainage session, the body experiences increased tissue oxygenation, toxin removal, and improved nutrient absorption in the digestive tract. This technique involves gentle, rhythmic hand movements that follow the lymphatic system’s superficial pathways, aiming to alleviate edema and lymphedema resulting from trauma, surgery, or circulatory disorders.

Unlike traditional massage therapies, manual lymphatic drainage avoids causing superficial arteriolar vasodilation (hyperemia) by using very light and slow pressures. It’s crucial to distinguish this from other massage techniques, as it should not induce pain or redness, symptoms typically associated with increased blood supply.

Excessive pressure can damage the delicate lymphatic capillaries, making it vital to ensure the correct application of this technique to prevent harm. Historical practices have established that massage for cellulite and localized fat should be light, shallow, and gentle to avoid damaging tissue integrity and exacerbating inflammation.

Understanding these principles is crucial for safely and effectively implementing manual lymphatic drainage.

There isn’t a perfect time for water intake, but certain moments are often deemed more beneficial for our bodies. Drinking water upon waking helps replenish lost hydration from the night and enhances mood, energy levels, and brain function.

Fasting water has a detoxifying effect on the body, and drinking water before bed has a positive impact on the heart. Another tip is to drink a glass of water before meals, as it helps to increase satiety and prevents you from overeating, as well as helping to improve the digestion of food. Before, during, and after exercises. Before bath and bedtime.
It’s not a myth; it’s the reality of water for each person to drink daily

There is a suggested quantity based on our body weight and muscles

for men 2.447 - (0.09145 x age) + (0.1074 x height in centimeters) + (0.3362 x weight in kilograms) = total body weight (TBW) in liters

for women, -2,097 + (0.1069 x height in centimeters) + (0.2466 x weight in kilograms) = total body weight (TBW) in liters

Over 90% of blood plasma is water 💦,
• 🧠 brain and heart 73%
• 🫁 lungs 83%
• skin 64%
•muscles and kidneys 79%
• bones 31%

Water is essential in every system and function of the body and has many responsibilities.

* is a building block of new cells and the critical nutrient every cell relies on for survival
* metabolizes and transports proteins and carbohydrates from the food you eat to nourish your body
* Helps flush body waste, primarily through urine
* helps maintain a healthy body temperature through sweat and respiration when the temperature rises
* is part of the
The “shock absorber” system in the spine
*protects sensitive tissue
* is part of the fluid that surrounds and protects the brain and a baby in the womb
* is the main ingredient in saliva
* helps keep joints lubricated.

The lymphatic system not only removes excess fluids from the body but also supports the elimination of toxins. A sluggish lymph circulation can lead to many health issues, including cellulite, sinus infections, fatigue, digestive problems, muscle swelling, and cramps.

While regular lymphatic massages are the preferred treatment for a sluggish lymphatic system, diet also plays a crucial role. Certain foods can cause lymph stagnation and increase the risk of infections by promoting toxin accumulation in the body. Foods to avoid include those high in sugar and salt, artificial sweeteners, refined grains, meat, foods with preservatives, and baked goods.

Although some foods may not be inherently unhealthy, they can be difficult to digest or disrupt blood sugar levels, promoting the growth of bacteria and unfriendly microorganisms in the digestive tract. Conversely, foods rich in fiber and with a mild diuretic effect benefit individuals with excess fluid retention and poor lymphatic drainage.

Now, let’s explore the healthiest foods for optimal lymphatic system function. But first, it’s worth mentioning what triggers lymph node swelling and what reduces lymph node swelling.

"There is no technology to replace the power of our hands" -

In Loving Memory of Danna Omari, the incredible force behind Noy Skincare and a true gem of a Facialist. She was such an inspiration to many women, mothers, and business owners, and I will truly miss her presence. I can't believe I won't see her beautiful face on a daily basis anymore, watching her do what she loved most. She had been a part of my life for the past six years, since I met her in 2018 in NY, my admiration for her grew stronger during the lockdown. She inspired me and touched me in so many priceless things. Her journey taught me invaluable lessons about resilience, love, embracing life fully, and being present even when we aren't there. Her battle for life was incredibly life-changing to me. She made such a positive impact on my life. Every search for her healing, the discoveries, and the valuable lessons touched me deeply. She had a way of touching hearts and changing lives, and she definitely did it. She embraced everything surrounding her with incredible power - what she did was her life's calling, not because of the number of her followers but because her heart was fully there. Everything she touched flourished with kindness and dedication that knew no bounds. In a world turning to high technology devices, we tend to forget the power of touch. She was right all along.

Her knowledge and expertise, her love for her husband and children, and her way of life. May our Lord continue blessing her family and may they be supported by all the love we can send them. May He lovingly care for her three most valuable gems, her children, brilliant souls that will forever be in my prayers. She left an incredible legacy, admired by many professionals. May her memory continue to inspire and guide us in the esthetics industry, carrying forward the wisdom and impact she left behind. I will forever use the inspiration she left in me and her holistic approach to skincare in my work.

Thank you so much for existing and for igniting in me the desire to always seek the best and go after what truly calls me. To all her family, clients, and close friends, my most sincere condolences. You were phenomenal, and I am immensely grateful to have had the chance to know you, . I am deeply grateful for your life. Thank you very much. 💔🕊️🤍🪽

Red light therapy & lymphatic drainage; Here are some advantages of integrating these two treatments:

🌿 Enhanced lymphatic circulation: Red light therapy has been shown to improve blood and lymphatic circulation. By combining it with lymphatic drainage, which stimulates lymph flow, the overall circulation in the body can be further optimized.

🌿Reduced inflammation and swelling: Red light therapy has anti-inflammatory properties and can help reduce inflammation. Lymphatic drainage, with its gentle and rhythmic movements, supports the reduction of swelling by promoting lymph flow and drainage. When used together, these treatments can effectively address swelling and inflammation, potentially benefiting conditions such as edema or post-injury recovery.

🌿 Accelerated healing and tissue repair: Red light therapy is known to stimulate cellular activity and enhance tissue repair processes. It can promote collagen production, improve cellular metabolism, and accelerate healing. When combined with lymphatic drainage, which supports tissue detoxification and waste removal, the combination can optimize the healing process.

🌿Skin health and rejuvenation: Red light therapy has been shown to improve skin health, stimulate collagen production, and reduce the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines. By integrating lymphatic drainage, which assists in removing toxins and waste from the skin, the combination can enhance the overall rejuvenating effects on the skin, promoting a more youthful and vibrant complexion.

🌿 Relaxation and stress reduction: Both red light therapy and lymphatic drainage have calming and relaxing effects on the body. Red light therapy can help reduce stress and anxiety by promoting the release of endorphins. Lymphatic drainage, with its gentle touch and rhythmic movements, induces relaxation. By combining these treatments, you can experience a synergistic effect, enhancing relaxation and reducing stress levels.

It's important to note that individual experiences may vary, and the specific benefits can depend on factors such as the frequency of sessions, the duration of treatments, and the individual's health condition.

What is Electro Lymphatic Therapy?

Electro Lymphatic Therapy (ELT) is a non-invasive therapeutic technique that aims to promote lymphatic flow and detoxification within the body. The lymphatic system plays a crucial role in maintaining the body's immune function and removing waste and toxins. ELT utilizes specialized equipment to stimulate the lymphatic vessels and nodes 10x more and help to improve lymphatic circulation.

During an ELT session, we use a device that emits a low-frequency electrical current. This current is applied to specific body areas, usually along the lymphatic pathways or near congested lymph nodes. The electrical stimulation activates the lymphatic vessels, causing them to contract and relax rhythmically. This rhythmic motion can help move stagnant lymph fluid, clear blockages, and enhance lymphatic drainage.

The benefits of Electro Lymphatic Therapy may include:

1. Improved lymphatic circulation: ELT aims to enhance the flow of lymphatic fluid throughout the body, promoting efficient waste removal and immune system support.

2. Detoxification: By stimulating lymphatic circulation, ELT may help remove toxins, metabolic waste, excess fluid, and cellular debris from tissues.

3. Reduction of swelling and inflammation: ELT can assist in reducing swelling caused by lymphedema, post-surgical edema, or chronic inflammation.

4. Enhanced immune system function: The lymphatic system is a vital component of the immune system, and improved lymphatic circulation through ELT may help support overall immune function.

5. Relaxation and stress relief: ELT sessions can induce a state of relaxation and promote a sense of well-being, similar to other types of bodywork therapies.

It's important to note that while Electro Lymphatic Therapy has gained popularity and anecdotal support, I've been using it on my clients for the past four years, and the results are amazing.
In most sessions, we use the ELT to achieve incomparable results with other practitioners.

Serotonin: 😁 the happiness hormone 😁

Why do serotonin levels drop? 👎🏻
Serotonin is a neurotransmitter. This chemical is involved in the transmission of nerve impulses. It is synthesized in the brain and intestines from an amino acid called tryptophan.

Several factors (external and internal) can contribute to serotonin deficiency:

* clogging Lymph node
* Stress.
* Low levels of L-tryptophan.
* Poor diet in general.
* Vitamin B6 deficiency.
* Little physical exercise.
* Lack of sun exposure.
* Hormonal changes.
* Diabetes.

How to increase the amount of serotonin in the brain? 👍🏻🧠

Lymphatic drainage as it regulates your cortisone anxiety levels and detoxifies your body.

1. Try to reduce stress levels

2. Varied diet rich in tryptophan

3. Avoid consuming simple carbohydrates

5. Avoid drinking coffee and stimulating drinks

6. physical exercise

7. Find places with sun and lots of light

8. sleep
