Same weight… totally different composition.
My scale has hovered around 171–173 lbs, but look what happened when I focused on recomp (building muscle + dropping fat):
✨ Skeletal Muscle Mass: 69.4 → 73.4 lbs (+4.0 lbs muscle)
🔥 Body Fat %: 28.3% → 24.9% (-3.4%)
✅ InBody Score: 91
This is your reminder that progress isn’t just a number on the scale.
It’s strength. It’s energy. It’s how your clothes fit. It’s what your body is made of.
If you’ve been “stuck” but you’re training, hitting protein, and staying consistent—keep going. The results might be showing up in the right places, not on the scale. 💪🏽
