For this beautiful patient we focused on restoring support in the areas that naturally lose volume first. Under eye filler was placed with precision to improve hollowing and shadowing, which instantly brightens the midface. We then added a small amount of cheek filler to rebuild structural lift. When the cheeks have proper support, the smile lines appear softer without looking “filled.”
This approach keeps everything looking balanced and natural because we’re not chasing lines. We’re treating the cause of the lines. When the midface is lifted and hydrated again, the lower face automatically looks smoother and more refreshed.
