Mr. Clark is practicing his balance while sitting and standing during everyday activities like getting dressed. Jaime, a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, is working closely with Mr. Clark to help him stay safe and steady while using both arms to reach across his body during dressing tasks. Mr. Clark is doing very well and shows good balance and coordinated use of both hands, allowing him to complete his daily activities on his own. Keep up the great work, Mr. Clark!

Esther is extremely outgoing and brings energy, creativity, and enthusiasm into everything she does. She plays a vital role in supporting quality care and positive resident outcomes by ensuring our residents remain active, engaged, and socially connected. Her thoughtfully planned, resident-centered activities promote emotional well-being and enhance overall quality of life.
A true team player, Esther is always willing to assist other departments whenever needed, demonstrating strong teamwork and collaboration throughout the facility. During the holidays—our busiest time with community businesses and supporters visiting to share entertainment, gifts, and love—Esther consistently goes above and beyond. She stays late without hesitation or complaint, ensuring every resident feels included, valued, and happy.
