Our residents enjoyed a refreshing afternoon focused on mental health and wellness! 🍏🥒 They snacked on grapes, apples, celery, cucumbers, and lemonade while talking about the importance of taking care of our mental health — body, mind, and spirit. ✨
It was a beautiful reminder that self-care, good nutrition, and positive conversations all play a part in keeping our minds healthy and our hearts happy. 💚
