Day 1 of our raw diet journey! 🐶🥩🍗

Kicking things off with a tasty mix of ground beef, chicken neck, chicken livers, a few juicy blueberries and home picked raspberries, and a splash of bone broth. 🫐

As a busy mom, I have lists for everything—

Sometimes, the most powerful thing I do for myself is take a simple walk.

Burgers and french fries for dinner...here we come!

Finding fries that don't have seed oils such as canola oil and soybean oil is really hard. 3 Ingredients: potatoes, grass-fed beef tallow, sea salt...that's it!

We finally found fries that is mom approved. Hopefully the taste is approved by all!

Snacks can be the biggest impact on those 3 things as they can be made with artificial sweeteners, dyes, gluten, corn and soy.

With just 7 simple ingredients, these homemade granola bars are a favorite snack in our house. They fuel my kids in a good way :)

With as little as 15 minutes to make these, these snacks will last at least a week in our house. Easy. Simply. Quick. And delicious and healthy!

👋Hi there! It’s been a while since I showed my face here, and since we have some new followers, I thought it would be a great time to introduce myself and give a little glimpse of what I do.

I’m Jamie! I’m a holistic RN 🌿and nutritional expert behind Nourishing Wellness 💕

I’m a wife and crunchy mama to two healthy boys, 4.5-and 7.5-year-olds. They not only keep me on my toes but they are my greatest inspiration and reminder of why I do what I do, feeding them healthy foods. 💪

I am a homebody who enjoys the outdoors and loves the sun ☀️ (so much I even tattooed it on me in my younger days). Raw milk is served daily in our house and you can always find something fermenting on the counter. I recently traveled to California for SOLTA (School of lunch training acadamy) that pushed me to start pursuing my overdue sourdough journey. We are expanding our maple syrup set up this season and hope to add bees 🐝 soon, chickens 🐓, along with a cow 🐮….

What started as a health journey in my early 20’s with my own health complications, blessed me with a never-ending love for nutrition, health and wellness. I finally learned about the body in a way that made sense, viewing the body as a whole, and that our symptoms are our bodies way of communicating with us. I specialize in women’s and children’s health, infertility, and preparing the body for a health pregnancy. 🤰
