Today at Community Care themed park yoga, we explored the gifts we have to offer. The non-tangible ones. Then we searched within our communities gifts to see how our little community can meet our needs. Thank you, thank you. For showing up with what you’ve got. You are a gift 🎁

A couple notes for December:

✨Wednesday 12/24 & 12/31 Yoga Foundations will be at 9am in-person and I'll make a video recording of class and post it so you can take it if you are traveling.

✨The existing Healing Dance participants are continuing to gather and self-lead class.

Barb & Jeff kicked off their 45th wedding anniversary with yoga in the park!! Happy anniversary you two! 💖 and all these yogis made their way even with the street closure for Fall Festival of the Arts and Stevie made a generous donation to the diaper wipes and formula drive. Grateful for it all 🧡✨
