The beauty of Samhain, as experienced through forest bathing in Appalachia.
Thank you to all the kind beings who shared their energy and compassion with our circle.

A once in a lifetime retreat!
October 24-26, 2025
Experience the autumn beauty of Appalachia with a weekend of meditation by Our Mindful Nature podcast host, Meryl Bryant Arnett and nature therapy guide Lady Eve of Singing Pines Forest Bathing. This laid-back retreat will offer stillness and space for listening with optional excursions to explore the wilderness of North Georgia. Spend your mornings in guided meditation and immersive nature gatherings, with afternoons free to journal, walk the land, or recuperate the body. In the evenings, our small cohort will gather for a dusk meditation, enjoy nourishing meals on-site, and engage in conversation about what it means to listen deeply.

This retreat workshop will offer guided meditation opportunities throughout the day, immersive nature gatherings, journaling, and time for recuperation.

DeLeon Springs State Park is a hidden gem of Florida. Surrounded by grand live oak trees in a serene, sparsely-crowded landscape with a deep history, this park boasts a sense of old Florida. The spring boil is easy to access and safe for all ages. It is my favorite place to guide forest bathing gatherings, and I highly recommend not missing out on this Earth Day celebration!
