We are here to give free, confidential help to people facing unexpected pregnancies. We offer pregnancy tests, ultrasound for a medical confirmation, to determine viability, & show how far along you are. We have two physical locations: DeLand and New Smyrna Beach
We have a Mobile Medical Unit coming soon! DeLand opened in 2001. NSB opened in 2016. MMU planned opening in 2022.

Friends of Coastal Choices,

For 25 years, God has been faithful — through every client served, every life saved, and every family strengthened in Volusia County. Now we gather to honor the past, give thanks for the present, and step forward in courage for the future.

On Friday, October 10, 2025, we will gather at Christ Church Daytona Beach for the 25th Anniversary Fundraiser — a celebration to give thanks for God’s faithfulness and step courageously into the future.

The evening will include lifting our voices in worship with Common Ground Band, hearing the testimony of a family impacted this year, and sharing in a Passing the Mantle Ceremony honoring Jessica Deese’s leadership and welcoming Melanie Gettel as Executive Director.

Today, we unite with the countless lives touched by the voice of one brave believer, as we grieve the loss of Charlie Kirk and honor the legacy he leaves behind.

His life was marked by courage, conviction, and an unwavering commitment to truth. From that life flowed a lasting impact—a voice for women, children, families, and the voiceless.

Charlie reminded the Church of its sacred calling:

“It is on us as Christians and believers to make sure that every single woman who is pregnant knows there are options available…” — Charlie Kirk

Though we mourn, we also celebrate the legacy he leaves behind. The ripple effect of his bold stance for life will continue to echo through generations, urging us to speak for the voiceless, extend hope to women, and embody the love of Christ.

We are thrilled to introduce Courtney, the newest member of the Coastal Choices team, serving as our Boutique Manager.

The boutique is more than baby items on shelves — it’s a place where parents experience dignity, encouragement, and hope for their families. Courtney will help carry that heart forward, stewarding the boutique with care so every family feels seen and supported.

For 25 years, Coastal Choices has walked with women facing unexpected pregnancies, offering more than just tests and ultrasounds.

We provide a compassionate space where women are introduced to their unborn child, hear the truth about abortion’s impact—emotionally, spiritually, and physically—and receive real help.
That includes material resources and continued encouragement long after that first appointment.
