Nail fungus is a common condition that can cause your toenails to become thick, brittle, discolored, or distorted in shape. Many people first notice a yellow or white spot under the nail, but over time the nail may darken, crumble, or lift from the nail bed.

While it might seem like just a cosmetic issue, untreated nail fungus can spread and become more difficult to manage.

At our office, we carefully evaluate the nail to confirm the cause and recommend the best treatment for you. We offer effective in-office solutions designed to target the infection and support healthy nail growth.

If you’ve noticed changes in your toenails, early treatment can make a big difference in restoring clear, healthy nails.

A bunion is a bony bump that forms at the base of the big toe when the joint slowly shifts out of alignment. Over time, this can cause the big toe to lean toward the other toes, leading to pain, swelling, and difficulty finding comfortable shoes.

Many people try to ignore bunions in the early stages, but they often become more painful as the joint continues to change.

Our office offers personalized treatment options to help relieve discomfort and slow progression. Depending on your needs, this may include padding, custom orthotics, shoe recommendations, or advanced treatment options designed to restore comfort and improve foot function.

If a bunion is making daily activities uncomfortable, we’re here to help you get back on your feet with less pain.

A stress fracture is a tiny crack in the bone caused by repetitive pressure — often from running, sports, or suddenly increasing activity levels. Unlike a sudden break, the pain from a stress fracture usually starts gradually and gets worse over time, especially during activity.

Many patients first notice a persistent ache in the foot or ankle that improves with rest but returns when they’re back on their feet.

Our team uses careful evaluation and diagnostic imaging to identify stress fractures early. From there, we create a personalized treatment plan that may include activity modification, supportive footwear, or protective bracing to allow the bone to heal properly.

Taking care of it early helps prevent a small injury from turning into a bigger one — and gets you safely back to the activities you love.

Neuropathy (Numbness & Tingling in Feet)
If your feet often feel numb, tingly, or like you’re walking on sand, it might be peripheral neuropathy — nerve irritation often linked to diabetes or circulation issues.
We start by finding the root cause and then build a personalized care plan. Treatments may include improving circulation, protective footwear, and therapies that calm nerve pain and restore sensation — all focused on helping you feel steady and confident on your feet again.
