Our Individual Outpatient Treatment program is designed for people who need structured support without the need for inpatient care. At Foundations to Healing, we help individuals manage substance use disorders and mental health challenges while maintaining daily responsibilities like work, school, and family.

This flexible, trauma-informed program includes:
• Personalized treatment plans
• One-on-one counseling with licensed professionals
• Flexible scheduling
• Evidence-based therapies like CBT and DBT
• Relapse prevention strategies for long-term success
