Let’s Welcome TIFFANY!!!! Originally from New York and now based in Florida, she brings a thoughtful and intentional approach to massage therapy. In her words, “ I believe in holistic care that promotes deep relaxation and overall well-being. I specialize in deep tissue, Swedish, cupping, hot stone, and bamboo massage, customizing each session to meet my clients’ needs.”

Let’s welcome Marissa Blanchard!!!!!!!! She is a licensed massage therapist with seven years of experience, including four years working in professional sports, bringing an athletic and holistic approach to bodywork. She incorporates techniques such as cupping, lymphatic drainage and assisted stretching into personalized sessions focused on recovery, mobility, and overall wellness. We are sooooo excited to have her here at Loosen Up!!

Are you ready to join our 2026 30 day Elevate Challenge?!?!?

This challenge will have NO WEIGH INs or PICTURES! This isnt about a number on a scale or image. This is about holding each other accountable by having a community to shake off all the sugar from the holidays, hydrate, move, read and share some kindness.

Here’s the details:
Starts 1/1/26— $20 to join!

• 10 pages/day — Think Like a Monk by Jay Shetty
• No sugar (we got this! I will share ways to survive and subsitute our sweet tooth cravings)
• 1 gallon of water a day
• 2 classes per week (yoga, gym, home workouts)
• Weekly check-ins (recipes, share thoughts)

1 random act of kindness ( not to be share on socials just our WhatsApp group)
• Day 1 Fit Test (push-ups, squats, sit-ups)
