We welcomed some new cattle to the homestead!

Romagnola cattle: the white Italian breed known for its amazing meat and carcass quality.
Our new bull Prince Andrew will help us Crossbreed our Belted Galloway and Jersey cattle to give us bigger, better beef. Gracie is a pure bred Romagnola that is bred, so we will have pure Romagnola cattle as well! We are the first in NY state to have this rare breed, and we had them shipped up from Texas .

The old breeds of cattle we have, finished on grass give us this golden yellow tallow. This is the healthiest option availible and it is as smooth as butter! If tallow is pure white, it usually has grain in its diet, significantly reducing its health benefits!

We are happy to offer 8 different tallow products from lip balm, to sunblock, to soap! More products coming soon, and we will be stocking our tallow products at 2 more local stores!
