Sierra Yoga & Wellness supports busy families, couples, and individuals to find their best selves within their REAL LIFE with REAL FOOD. Primary foods, or nonfood sources of nourishment, are what fuel us in life, not just the healthy whole foods you eat. Your self-awareness, mental health, career, education, relationships, physical activity, and spirituality are just as important. Giving us the ability to be full participants in our lives while enjoying whole food choices for our bodies. SYW does all this within the beautiful landscape of Copperstack Homestead through wellness retreats, women self-care groups, nature experiences, plant-based cooking classes, and private yoga and holistic coaching sessions.

Not a brag.. Just real talk..

People often tell me what great parents and I must be because is adulting amazingly and living his best life in Japan🥹

But let’s be real… we were chaotic, winging it, and definitely crazy most of the time.

There was no perfect parenting strategy — just a lot of love, a lot of trial and error, a ton of laughter, supporting dreams, very very little sleep, a BUNCH of breakdowns, and most definitely a few tears!

Trying, failing, laughing, and trying again…..

So here’s to all the “crazy” parents doing their best — your love matters more than your perfection. ❤️…..and a bit of humor, sarcasm and wine 🍷doesn't hurt😂

Sidenote:
🤣😍🥰Who dresses their kid up as Puff the Magic Dragon while the rest of you are hippies… living in Doha, Qatar 😂🤣🤦🏾‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️
