Murph Workout:
🏃 1 Mile Run (or Row)
💪 100 Pull-Ups
🔥 200 Push-Ups
🦵 300 Air Squats
🏃 1 Mile Run (or Row)
Break it up however you need:
✔ Half in the morning
✔ Half at night
✔ Partner style
✔ Kid-friendly modifications
✔ Walking instead of running
