"Let food be thy medicine."
--Hippocrates

Beth's life experiences over the past 25 years in the health and medical industry has taught her the healing power of foods and the impact they play in vitality and longevity. Working as a Certified Healing Food Specialist (CHFS), Beth helps you find the foods best suited for your body. Her experience and well-known keen sense of intuition, with the help

of the Holy Spirit, helps her assess her clients through the use of energetic body scanning, muscle testing (Kinesiology) and talking with each client in depth to get a feel for his or her needs and lifestyle. Beth brings her culinary talents to the table by teaching hands-on food preparation classes. Spend a morning or an afternoon with her learning how to make simple, traditionally prepared food and find out what sparks your taste buds! She uses only the finest organic ingredients, many directly from the farm. Bringing fun, laughter and ease of technique to all her classes, Beth is grateful that she can do all this while overlooking the lush, green pastures of the farm right from her kitchen windows. I grew up in the 1960s in the small community of Bay View in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Our house was close to everything--from our grade school to the small meat market my parents purchased from regularly. I lived in the same house for 23 years until I married my husband, Bob. Since everything was conveniently close--and providing their children with the best foods we could buy was important to my parents--we relied heavily on locally-run Mom 'n Pop businesses and farms for our weekly groceries. The meat was from the local butcher who would "cut to order" for my Mom. She said this meat was the highest quality she could get and that is what she wanted for our family. For our fruit, Mom would buy it from the "fruit guy" who came in a small truck to our house. She could look over the fruit and purchase what she needed for us for the week--it was always so fresh and ripe. We impatiently waited for peach and nectarine season so we could bite into those juicy jewels! Back then, the peaches had fuzz on them instead of being smooth from all the chemicals we have today. For our eggs, we would go directly to the farm. I remember the chickens walking around, picking up little stones and bugs from the ground and even eating grass, too! We never bought store eggs, as my Mom said those weren't healthy for us. plaque.JPG

We were consistently taught to give some of what we had to the less fortunate. When I was 7, I had vivid dreams night after night of how I could feed the hungry. So, with my young dreams driving me, I began collecting money from my friends and with some of my own, I gave it to our Pastor to send to the needy in Paraguay. Decades later, giving to the less fortunate is still something that's very important to me. This is why 10% of all Happy Cell earnings are donated to two local organizations I support. Looking back on my childhood, I see how parents were instrumental in what my passion is today. My Dad would say, "You MUST eat good food." And that is what we did; my parents made sure that simple, nutritious, healthy food was in my body and consciousness daily. This mantra has followed me my whole life and that is why it is with much excitement and conviction that I love to help others be well through high quality, whole, nutritious foods. In Good Health! The Happy Cell Mission

The Happy Cell was manifested to help individuals reach

the intelligence that is contained within each food creating

the healing magic of Life in every cell of our DNA. LEARN

Beth will give you the tools you need to understand what YOUR body needs to find balance and address your personal health goals. EAT

We all must eat to live. PLAY

It's true, all work and no play makes us stressed, sick and tired. Sometimes all the learning is overwhelming. So relax, no one's perfect. Our bodies are designed to stay healthy and by giving it some down time with laughter, relaxation, connecting with loved ones and fostering positive thoughts, we are creating a prime environment for healing to begin! Balance--not perfection--is the key. HEAL

By incorporating knowledge, eating what's right for you, and spiritual prayer through Jesus Christ and what He accomplished for you at the Cross, you have the perfect equation for a foundation of vitality, longevity and happiness. These things are the basis of what The Happy Cell is all about.
