Full circle moment this morning.

6am class with Bonnie…back in a space I hadn’t stepped into since I sold it at the end of 2022…
a decision that ultimately transformed our mission.

So many proud, beautiful memories in those walls.

And it reminded me of this…

Nothing we build is ever really gone.
It just becomes part of what’s next.

Every teacher.
Every class.
Every version of us in those walls—

It all stacks.

Bonnie—like ALL the incredible women of The Wonder Within still teaching in this space—started as a supporter…
stepped into our teacher training…
and now she’s leading powerful classes and building something of her own.

That’s the ripple.

What we’ve built is never behind us-
it’s what we’re standing on.

That’s what it looks like when it’s built to last.

Grateful for all the parts, pieces, and incredible people who have shaped TWW.

Contraction. Dilation.
Push. Recover.

This isn’t just how you train—it’s how your body, your mind, your life are designed to work.

The Japanese walking method taps into that same rhythm: short bursts of challenge, followed by intentional recovery. Not all out. Not nothing. A wave.

Most people fight the contraction.
They rush the dilation.

But strength is built in honoring both.

You don’t need more hacks.

You weren’t even there for.

It’s not about the count.
It’s about the depth.
The attention.
The intention.

Everyone’s arguing about the right way to breathe.

Nose vs mouth.
Box vs Wim Hof.
Slow vs fast.

Truth?

Your body already knows how to breathe.

What it’s missing… is you paying attention.

One intentional breath can:
• slow your heart rate
• signal safety to your nervous system
• pull you out of chaos and back into control

No perfect method required.

Just awareness.

Start there.

the nervous system recognizes safety.

Structure creates freedom.

A body that’s aligned doesn’t have to brace.
It can respond.

Cold on the face activates the body’s built-in calming reflex
→ heart rate slows
→ stress response shuts down
→ the nervous system gets the signal: you’re safe

This cold input stimulates the vagus nerve, helping the body shift from fight-or-flight into rest-and-repair

Essential oils come next because scent is the fastest route to the nervous system
