Drake started with me earlier this year with a clear goal: build lean muscle, get stronger, and improve his overall health and confidence.
He trains with me in person three times per week, plus a fourth session on his own, and his strength has climbed week after week.
Early on, he struggled to eat enough due to his LINX device, which also limited the supplements we could use to support his lab work. We adjusted, got creative, and found workable solutions. Since then, his progress has taken off.
He’s now heavier, leaner, eating nearly double the food he started with, and his energy and sleep have significantly improved.
Proud of the work you’ve put in, and we’re just getting started.
