When Sabrina and I started working together, her goals were to improve her body composition, increase her energy, and feel healthier overall.

What made things challenging was the constant stress of a demanding job and environment.

Fast forward to now, she’s lost over 20 pounds, down 3–4 inches off her waist, has better energy, and most importantly, she’s improved not just her stress response but also her resilience by learning when to push and when to step back.

Her plan isn’t about perfection, it’s about sustainability:
• Training 3–4x per week pending on how she feels
• Cardio via walks with her dog
• Tracking food during the week, but taking weekends off to recharge and enjoy time with family & friends

This balance has kept progress steady while helping her avoid burnout and enjoy the process.

Ethan has been back with me for just under 3 months after first working together in 2018/19.

He’s down 25+ lbs, dropped 3 inches off his waist, and making improvements in both his GI health and skin.

We also aren’t seeing the aches and pains he was experiencing previously with his Ironman training.

Right now we’re focused on continuing to drop body fat and improve his performance as we prep for his first Ironman next year.

Training and nutrition have been adjusted based on his feedback, progress, and recovery while slowly expanding nutrient diversity to support his gut.

Great work so far Ethan, much more to come!

Mary has been putting in the work and it shows. 🤜🤛

Over the past couple of months, she’s dropped inches off her waist, is back in the gym with great energy, and her digestion is the best it’s been in years.

With her not having a gallbladder, the focus wasn’t just on training and nutrition, it was about honing in habits plus including some light targeted support to improve her digestion and reduce inflammation.

Huge progress already, and this is just the beginning. Great work Mary!

When it comes to progress, slow is fast.

Real progress isn’t just about losing weight or inches, it’s about mastering the habits that allow you to create and maintain those results going forward.

Over the past year, Destiny has dropped body fat, built lean muscle, and developed the tools to sustain her results long-term. And she did it under less than ideal circumstances between playing basketball overseas in China while living out of hotels, bouncing back to California, then to Mexico for another season, and now back home in between seasons.

Despite the constant changes, she stayed focused, pivoted on the fly, and now has the foundation to keep moving forward. For the next few months she’s on a self-guided plan before we get back to working together again.

Good job Destiny! Keep up the great work!

4 Steps to Reach Your Goal:

1) Decide: Choose & commit to your goal

Ex: "I want to improve my body composition and health. I am going to commit to a plan to help my nutrition and fitness."

2) Determine: Identify actions to reach your goal

Ex: "In order to improve my body composition and health, I will need to schedule time for sleep, physical activity, and prepping my meals."

3) Align: Line up your actions with your goal

Ex: "I am consistently choosing to eat nutritious meals and complete my training in order to improve my body composition and health."

4) Accountability: Track your progress & surround yourself with support

Ex: "I will hold myself accountable by checking in weekly with my coach."

Client Spotlight:

Richard came to me a few months ago with the goal of improving his body composition, overall health, & performance for this year’s BJJ competitions.

We built a plan that supports both his training and competition schedule without impacting his performance.

He’s down 3 inches off his waist while maintaining nearly the same bodyweight, all while eating more food and following a much more diverse nutrient dense diet.

He’s on track for his upcoming competitions as we peak for Master’s Worlds at the end of August.
