Client Spotlight:

Richard came to me a few months ago with the goal of improving his body composition, overall health, & performance for this year’s BJJ competitions.

We built a plan that supports both his training and competition schedule without impacting his performance.

He’s down 3 inches off his waist while maintaining nearly the same bodyweight, all while eating more food and following a much more diverse nutrient dense diet.

He’s on track for his upcoming competitions as we peak for Master’s Worlds at the end of August.

Client Spotlight: Melissa

Melissa came to me back in September to improve her energy, manage stress more effectively, and improve her overall lifestyle and well-being.

As a busy working mom, she had little time for herself and at times relied on caffeine to get through the day.

We developed a flexible, sustainable plan that included:

🔹 A balanced nutrition plan with tons of variety

🔹 Training options both at home and in the gym

🔹 Outside walks that could be done with her family or spread through the day

🔹 Prioritizing self care outside fitness and work

Justin came to me last spring to develop healthy sustainable habits, improve his overall health, and improve his body composition.

He is down 25 lbs, 5” off his waist, and in the best shape of his life physique wise but also energy, performance, and overall health.

Justin accomplished his fitness goals while going on vacations with his wife, being smart during the holidays, managing multiple businesses ventures, and being a foster parent - the key was a shift in his mindset and outlook. This wasn’t another diet. He made it a lifestyle.
