Position Overview:
We're hiring a licensed mental health provider to join our dynamic team. If you're a counselor or a therapist with a commitment to excellence and a heart for helping others, we want to hear from you! This role requires a compassionate and dedicated professional to provide direct patient care in a mental health setting for 1-3 days per week either in-person or virtually. The ideal candidate will have a focus on delivering evidence-based treatment tailored to the individual needs of each client.
Our team is very experienced in providing top quality mental healthcare in Delaware, OH. We are committed to providing an environment where clinicians who are both new to the field, or changing their career focus, can work in a supportive environment where clinical growth and collaboration is fostered.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide ongoing individual, family, and couples therapy in a private practice setting.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop treatment plans to diagnose and treat mental health conditions.
• Provide ongoing support and make modifications to treatment plans based on patient progress.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best results for all patients.
• Educate patients and families on mental health conditions, medications, and wellness strategies.
• Maintain timely, accurate, and confidential patient records.
• Stay informed of the latest developments in mental health care and integrate new findings into patient treatment plans.
Qualifications:
• Current licensure as a LSW or LISW in the State of Ohio. We can provide Supervision as well.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with patients.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a patient-centered approach to care.
• Commitment to continuing education and professional development in mental health.
• Experience in private practice would be desirable.
