SourcePoint: Thrive after 55 Our mission is to help our Delaware County, Ohio community set a course to live well as they age. We provide free resources and support for family caregivers.

SourcePoint provides in-home care that helps older adults live safely in their own homes, including services like Meals on Wheels, help with chores, rides to medical appointments, home safety checks, emergency response systems, and more. We are also your source for both fun and fitness—our 44,000-square-foot community center is designed for adults ages 55 and better to focus on health and wellness

, education, creativity, and recreation amongst friends. SourcePoint proudly serves all of Delaware County, including Ashley, Delaware, Galena, Kilbourne, Lewis Center, Ostrander, Powell, Radnor, Shawnee Hills, and Sunbury, as well as portions of Columbus, Dublin, and Westerville within county lines. Heading to SourcePoint for lunch this week? Don't forget to stop by on Tuesday, May 5, during Welcome to SourcePoint Day, designed for our newest enrichment center guests and those who want to learn more about the variety of SourcePoint programs and services.

The Community Engagement and Concierge Teams will show you all there is to discover at SourcePoint. There will be guided tours and the opportunity to chat with staff members at our resource fair.

Then, join us for a delicious lunch in Cafe 55 with others in our group. For Delaware County residents age 55 and better, lunch is available on a donation basis.

📣SAVE THE DATE! Join us for the 2nd annual Wheels for Meals Charity Car Show on Saturday, June 6, 2026, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at SourcePoint. This community event brings together car enthusiasts and supporters to raise awareness and critical funds for SourcePoint’s program.

Enjoy a showcase of classic and custom vehicles, live music by The Gemstones, and local food trucks. Guests can connect with community partners on THRIVE Drive, explore a Meals on Wheels delivery van, and learn more about how this vital program serves over 1,200 meals each day to more than 600 people across Delaware County.

Throughout the event, attendees will have the opportunity to give in support of Meals on Wheels and help ensure older adults in our community remain nourished and independent.

📰IMPORTANT NOTICE - Around 2.8 million new Medicare cards have been mailed to beneficiaries with new Medicare beneficiary numbers due to fraud. Medicare is sending these new cards with a letter explaining why new numbers were issued.

Beneficiaries who receive a new card and are unsure of its legitimacy can call 800-Medicare or OSHIIP at 800.686.1578 for assistance. These new cards are NOT plastic. They are the standard paper red/white/blue card.
