In life's darkest moments, remember you're not alone. Real people in your community have found the help they needed from the 988 Su***de & Crisis Lifeline. Their stories remind us of the strength in seeking help. Reach out any time, for any reason - they're here for you.

As we welcome a new year, we’re holding space for hope.

💙Hope that conversations continue.
💙Hope that support is easier to find.
💙Hope that no one feels alone in their hardest moments.

Su***de prevention and mental wellbeing begin with community—with families checking in, neighbors looking out for one another, local businesses and organizations creating supportive environments, and each of us offering connection, compassion, and care.

In the year ahead, Syntero and the City of Dublin remain committed to moving Together Forward—strengthening community connection, expanding access to mental health support, and advancing su***de prevention through partnership and conversation.

If the new year feels overwhelming, help is always available:
📞 To schedule an appointment with Syntero, call: 614-889-5722 ext. 133
📱 For immediate support, call or text: 988 (Su***de & Crisis Lifeline, 24/7)

💙 Here’s to a year of care, connection, and compassion—for ourselves and one another.

Grief can feel especially overwhelming during the holidays, but having healthy coping tools can help bring a little light into a tender season. Simple practices like deep breathing, taking intentional quiet moments, or creating a meaningful ritual to honor your loved one can offer comfort and grounding. Just know there’s no perfect way to navigate the holidays, only the practices that help you care for yourself day by day.
