We're saddened to hear about this motorcycle crash marking the 6th motor vehicle fatality to occur this year in Delaware County.

Rocco J. Torio, 23, of Delaware, was riding a Honda motorcycle north on Panhandle Road at 6:31 a.m. Aug. 9 when he drove off the left side of the road.
