We added a couple gym pins today!
These are super useful for adding only 5 lbs to a weight stack instead of taking a 10 or 15 lb jump like most machines. Photo 1: adding the pin increases the weight from 100 lbs to 105 lbs.
OR you could add extra weight to a stack like in picture 2 and stack plates on top. Photo 2 shows a 220 stack increasing to 235 lbs with the pin plus 10 lbs.
