Training for a fall running race or triathlon?

Join us for a six week series of group conditioning led by a licensed PT designed specifically for runners to prevent injury and reach peak performance.

Classes on Monday evenings 5:30-6:30pm, starting September 8.

All ages and running abilities welcome but participants should have experience with some basic strength and conditioning.

Walk & Bike to School Day was the best way to start the morning! A great way for kids to experience the pleasure of being active throughout the day - even when going to school!

Hundreds of kids participated in Walk & Bike to School Day in the Bethlehem Central School District yesterday. But students are walking and biking to school throughout the spring and fall (and stalwart kids in the winter too), so let’s all take a breath and slow down when we’re driving, especially near schools. And let’s all support the chicken by stopping for pedestrians at crosswalks!

That’s a wrap! Thanks to all who participated in the pre-season ski conditioning series (only half of our group is pictured here). We worked hard and had fun!

While we wait for the snow to come, stay tuned for a short in-season ski conditioning series starting in mid-January….

Ski season is around the corner!

Join us for a five week series of group conditioning classes led by a licensed physical therapist designed specifically for skiers to prevent injury and improve performance.

All ages and skiing abilities welcome but participants should have experience with some basic strength and conditioning.

Classes will be held Monday nights from 6:15-7:15 pm starting on 11/18.
