Training for a fall running race or triathlon?
Join us for a six week series of group conditioning led by a licensed PT designed specifically for runners to prevent injury and reach peak performance.
Classes on Monday evenings 5:30-6:30pm, starting September 8.
All ages and running abilities welcome but participants should have experience with some basic strength and conditioning.
