📌 Unlock Better Posture: Pectoral Soft Tissue Mobilization 💥

Tight chest muscles can pull your shoulders forward, contributing to rounded posture, shoulder discomfort, and limited mobility. This 4-stage soft tissue approach helps restore balance by reducing tension and improving movement.

🔹 Cross-fiber friction – Manual work on tissue densification to improve circulation.
🔹 Myofascial decompression (cups) – Lifts and mobilizes restricted tissue.
🔹 IASTM (scraping) – Stimulates blood flow and fascia release.
🔹 Pin & stretch – Increases flexibility and restores natural movement.

If you spend a lot of time sitting, lifting, or training, your pecs might need some work! DM or text/call 📩📞 if you want to see how this can help your mobility and posture!

This isn’t just cupping—it’s myofascial decompression.

By combining strategically placed cups with movement and loading, we create space in the tissue, improving fascial glide and helping release adhesions (aka “knots”). This is manual therapy meets exercise therapy—for better mobility and less pain.

At we use science backed techniques that help you to move better. Whatever pain or mobility issues you have, book an appointment today and see how we can help.
