For nearly 15 years, and friendship has been rooted in peace, kindness, compassion, and trust that has blossomed into a shared love for yoga that became the foundation of “Space” community and for many others, an inspo.

From opening our own studio with our dearest friends to creating a safe and supportive space where countless individuals have gathered, grown, and connected, our journey has always been guided by the spirit of togetherness… even after the departure.

Through years of leading yoga teacher trainings, we’ve witnessed the profound transformation that comes from stepping into this practice with openness and heart. 🚀 Starting something new can often feel a little scary or intimidating. But remember, even the greatest experts began as beginners. Growth comes through practice and dedication, and embracing the learning process is essential. The key to making this journey enjoyable is to be kind to yourself‼️lighten up when you make mistakes, have the courage to get back up after falling, and find the strength to keep going, even on days when you’d rather skip practice. Progress is built on patience, perseverance, and self-compassion.

There’s a common misconception that meditation requires sitting perfectly still and silencing every thought within 5-10min. In reality, meditation is a journey with many levels — each step bringing us closer to greater stillness, calmness, clarity, and a sense of well-being.

While we often focus on the technical aspects like sequencing and breakdowns in yoga teacher training, the true essence lies in deepening our understanding of how to live a more clear, tranquil, and mindful life. It’s about embracing the process and discovering the peace that resides within at every stage.

Many times, the hardest part is simply making the commitment ‼️ We hesitate, pause, 🚷 or hold back on something we’re truly interested in or passionate about… often because we’re attached to our current habits and the comfort zone we’re used to…. Or we think it’s not the right time.

⚠️But it’s important to remember: if something keeps calling you in a certain direction, maybe it’s a sign that it’s time to lean in. Sometimes, the biggest growth comes when we step beyond our fears and embrace the unknown.

Meet 🤍a radiant soul who graduated from our 300-hour yoga teacher training. She is studious, precise, and organized, yet also thoughtful, compassionate, and gentle. At the same time, she embodies strength, playfulness, and the essence of true yoga practice. It has been a genuine pleasure to have her with us in South Florida, dedicating 300 hours to deepen her practice and knowledge. We are excited to see the beautiful journey she continues to embark on.
