I am announcing 📣 that Sabrina Romero Hypnosis is permanently closing. It has been an amazing 🤩 5 years of serving so many different clients and to see many be able to feel empowered and move forward on their journeys of this human life we are given! It has truly been an honor 🙏 to be of service!

I am moving on to a new path in teaching and research in which I am feeling led to use everything I have learned from this journey and more.

I will be serving the last few sessions I have left with a few clients but I will no longer be taking in any new clients. I am grateful for each client and experience!

I wish you all a Happy New 2024 Year 🎊and always know that all the answers are within! May you all be blessed and filled with joy and peace. ❤️

Recalibrate and Integrate: A Sound Healing and Hypnotherapy Experience

Through the modality of hypnosis, a changed state of awareness and increased relaxation that allows for improved focus and concentration, I will take you through a journey in which we will call in all fractions of self energetically and integrate them into the whole version of self. This will create total recalibration which will provide a more balance self to allow you to work from a balanced state of mind, body and spirit. This will be paired with the healing sounds of crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, and vocals. These sounds are utilized to sync the nervous system and communication within the body and mind. This is an ancient modality that continues to evolve and expand.

🛑STOP and THINK: 🤔

“Between stimulus and response there is a space. In that space lies our freedom to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and our freedom.” - Viktor Frankl

One great way to respond to triggers are as follows:

🔹 STOP! - Say it to yourself when you get triggered.
🔹 TAKE A BREATH - breathing deeply reduces the physical reaction to the emotion/adrenaline
🔹 OBSERVE YOURSELF - notice your thoughts and what you feel in your body. Notice the vicious cycle of behavior.
🔹 PULL BACK & PUT IN PERSPECTIVE - Don’t believe everything you think! Thoughts are just thoughts - seldom facts!
🔹 PROCEED & PRACTICE WHAT WORKS INSTEAD - Respond to your life experiences in an alternative way. A way that best serves you.

When faced with a trigger remind yourself that it is an opportunity for self growth and take the steps to get closer to that evolved version of self.

✨You may encounter many defeats, but you must not be defeated. ✨

In my personal experience, defeats that I have encountered in my life have allowed me to know who I really am, how I can rise from them and learn to come out of them. It has made me more aware and also better able to read situations instead of fearing them.

In hypnotherapy some of my clients gain awareness of their defeats and see them from the view of the observer which allows them to embrace them instead of getting frustrated, anxious, or angry.

They come out more empowered and also with the tools to recognize any defeats in the future and how to react differently to help them succeed and not be defeated by them!

Today be the observer and notice what comes up for you.

Showing yourself grace is an important practice for self-care and self-compassion. Here are a few ways to demonstrate grace to yourself:

1. Practice self-acceptance: Embrace your imperfections and recognize that everyone makes mistakes. Treat yourself with kindness and understanding, just as you would treat a dear friend.

2. Set realistic expectations: Avoid putting undue pressure on yourself by setting realistic goals and expectations. Be mindful of your limitations and prioritize self-care and balance in your life.

3. Practice self-care: Engage in activities that nourish your body, mind, and soul. Take time for relaxation, exercise, hobbies, or any activities that bring you joy and promote your well-being.

4. Practice self-forgiveness: When you make a mistake or experience a setback, forgive yourself. Learn from the situation and focus on growth rather than dwelling on self-blame or guilt.

5. Prioritize boundaries: Establish healthy boundaries in your relationships and learn to say no when necessary. It's important to prioritize your needs and protect your mental and emotional well-being.

6. Celebrate your achievements: Acknowledge and celebrate your accomplishments, no matter how small. Give yourself credit for the progress you've made and the efforts you've put forth.

Remember, showing yourself grace is an ongoing practice. Be patient with yourself and cultivate a positive and compassionate mindset.
