The closure of Beautycounter on April 18th,2024 was hard for us all After 10 years, my love for the brand, it’s products,& its’ mission are still close to my heart. Beautycounter will be back in 2025! I’m not sure exactly what that will look like yet, but I’m a loyalist, & my clients love this brand & our work is not done.

We live in stressful times, so how we manage our lives, our days, our stress really matters. In this FREE 30 minutes tomorrow, I will guide you into a Breathing Technique that will help you get through a stressful situation, a rough day, etc. With just these few minutes, learn a way for you to really help yourself & change everything. It's simple, doable for any & everybody! All you have to do is be willing to be open to learn! Make sure you have a blanket, if you are going to recline, it's easiest to teach this laying down but you can do it sitting comfortably, upright too! The idea is to be comfortable & to allow your body to be comfortable. Let's get started!! This Breath can be used for sooo many things, so many situations, you will always have it to use!
