Excited to announce that after 15 years in the litigation finance industry, I have decided to start my own funding company called Prosperity Claims. There are several reasons why I decided to take the leap, but ultimately it came down to being able to better assist attorneys and their clients in need.
My mission is to provide law firms with a quick and easy funding solution. Creating a company that lifts the stress and administrative burden that typically comes with Pre Settlement Funding. We will review and approve cases with just a few docs and at times no documents at all. The entire review and approval process will occur in less than a few hours. Funds will be sent same day!
At Prosperity Claims we are well-capitalized so there is no amount too large or too small to fund. We will fund medical procedures and pay living expenses. Primarily for individuals who have car accidents, slip and falls, or any PI cases.
Our rates are extremely competitive our admin fees are amongst the lowest in the industry. We will also consider lowering our cost if necessary at the end of the case to help put more back in you or your client’s pockets. See at Prosperity Claims our goal is to provide first class customer service on the front and back end.
The name Prosperity Claims comes from the root word Prosper. The definition of Prosper is to succeed, flourish, and grow strong! The tree in my logo signifies a prosperous tree, similar to the tree described in Psalms 1:3. “A blessed man or company is like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that brings forth its fruit in season, his leaves shall not wither and whatever he does shall prosper!”
I thank God for answering my prayers and helping this dream come true. I also thank him for blessing my company and allowing us to be prosperous like the tree in Psalms 1. My prayer is that we are a blessing to our lawyers, their clients and our entire community.
