Our Mat Pilates Teacher Training at Dandelight is designed to give you a strong foundation in both the physical and mental principles of Pilates while building the confidence to lead your own classes.

Training Dates:
June 20–21 + June 27–28
Saturdays 1:00–7:00 PM
Sundays 12:00–7:00 PM

Led by senior instructor Patricia Pinto, this program blends classical Pilates with a modern, sculpt-based approach. You will learn technique, class structure, anatomy, and real-world teaching skills through hands-on practice and mentorship.

You will leave prepared to guide others in building strength, improving posture, and moving with intention.

Feeling overwhelmed or low energy? Start with something calming like a sound bath or restorative yin to slow down and reset.

Looking to build strength and feel energized? Try yoga sculpt, mat Pilates, or vinyasa flow for a more dynamic, challenging class.

Feeling tight or out of sync? Go for a mobility-focused class like yin yoga or gentle flow to stretch, release, and move with more ease.
