Flashback Friday: 100 lbs Down & 10 Years Strong 💪🔥

Before there was the FLA Movement,
there was one man who showed up, did the work, and never looked back.

He lost 100 pounds.
He rewrote his entire identity.
And he stayed consistent for over a decade.

He was with me before FLA even had a name.
He believed in the mission early on—so much so, he became a coach himself.
And when his body transformed, so did everything else...

🏝 He moved to Florida.
💍 Found love and got married.
👶 Started a family.
🔥 And never let go of the fitness, food, and mindset habits that started it all.

This is what we mean when we say “change your body, change your life.”
The weight loss was just the spark—
but the real story?
Is in how he kept choosing himself… long after the “before and after” photo.

He built his foundation.
He found love.
He said yes to adventure.
He made money moves and created a new legacy.
And he surrounded himself with a tribe that supported the person he was becoming.

This is the FLAMT life.
And this is what's possible when you stop waiting for the “right time” and start rebuilding the body you live in every single day.

YES. IT. COULD.
But you have to start.

10 weeks till the New Year! 😳

Are you surviving or thriving this year?

What are you doing to change your body?

What are you doing to have peace in your life?

What are you doing to bring joy to your life and to other’s lives?

Are you living your purpose?

As the new year approaches … I start asking questions to see if I’m accomplishing the dreams God placed in my heart

If I’m living the life I’ve been called to live

I challenge you to do the same 💪

Are you where you want to be? If not make a plan and take action!

You can accomplish much more than you believe in these last 10 weeks!

Here’s the truth:
