Saturday April 18th 12:30-2pm in the Bamboo Garden

Celebrate Earth Day with a 90-minute outdoor yoga and meditation experience in our bamboo garden, where simply being surrounded by nature becomes part of the practice. Already immersed in the elements, we’ll move through an all-levels flow inspired by earth, water, fire, and air - cultivating stability, fluidity, strength, and expansion.

A thoughtfully curated playlist will mirror each element, guiding the rhythm and energy of the class. We’ll close with a grounding guided Earth meditation, allowing you to root deeply, restore, and reconnect.

You may use any package you have or drop-in like any other class.

New classes and new teacher to meet !

We’re honored to welcome Becky Stefani, Becky holds a 200-hour Anuttara Hatha certification, a 200-hour Anuttara Raja certification, and a 200-hour Vinyasa certification, and is a sound healer and wellness guide who adores holding space for people to slow down and come home to themselves. She previously owned a yoga studio in New Jersey and has taught yoga in treatment centers, sharing the practice with the recovery community. She will be offering these 2 new classes in the garden:

Mondays - Sunrise Vinyasa - 7:15am-8:30am
A rhythmic, breath-led practice that feels dance-like. This flowy, uplifting class links movement and breath in a way that gets the heart rate up, builds full-body strength, and supports a deeper mind-body connection. Open to all levels!

Saturdays - Hatha to Anuttara Raja 90 min Full Practice - 12:30pm-2:00pm
Hatha to Raja is a well-rounded class that combines gentle strength-building with deep relaxation. The class begins with a traditional Hatha practice, focusing on steady postures and mindful alignment to improve flexibility, build strength, and support overall physical balance. The second half of class shifts into Anuttara Raja Yoga, which encourages the release of muscular effort, allowing gravity and density to guide the body into deeper states of ease and relaxation. This portion of class emphasizes breath awareness, nervous system regulation, and letting go of unnecessary tension. Class ends with a sound bath savasana, offering a restorative experience through sound and vibration.

February invites us to turn inward—to listen, imagine, and plant seeds for what’s ready to grow.

This Gather and Create: A Hands-on Vision Board Workshop is a two-hour, interactive afternoon experience for individuals seeking clarity, intention, and creative expression within a wellness-minded community. Through guided reflection, visualization, and intuitive collage-making, you’ll create a vision board that reflects where you are now and what you’re inviting into your life.

Rather than focusing on pressure or perfection, this workshop centers on alignment-connecting with what feels meaningful, supportive, and true for you in this season.

Prior to the workshop, participants are invited to collect and bring any meaningful words, images, or cutouts that resonate with them. There will also be plenty of curated materials available during the workshop for you to explore, sift through, and use as inspiration.

Come as you are. Leave with a tangible reminder of your intentions and a renewed sense of direction.

Join Fafa for a calming 75-minute experience of gentle stretching, breathwork, meditation, and a restorative sound bath.

We’ll open the body with slow, mindful movements and settle the mind through grounding breathwork and meditation. From there, you’ll unwind into a soothing sound bath using a variety of healing instruments - including Tibetan bowls, chimes, grounding tones, and other vibrational tools.

This workshop is designed to support nervous system regulation, emotional balance, and a deeper connection with yourself. No experience needed, simply come as you are.
