Skin cancer screening is of paramount importance, and we emphasize the daily use of sunscreen in educating our patients about their dermatologic conditions, and how they may relate to their other medical conditions. Howard A. Bueller, M.D. graduated from Cornell University with a B.S. in Biology in 1990. He received his Doctorate of Medicine from SUNY Stony Brook Medical School in 1994. He completed two years of Internal Medicine residency at Emory University Hospital in Atlanta, Georgia. He completed his Dermatology residency at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center in Worcester, Massachusetts in 1999, acting as Chief Resident in his final year, and became Board Certified in Dermatology by the American Board of Dermatology in 1999. Dr. Bueller received extensive residency training in general and surgical dermatology, including Mohs Micrographic Surgery, skin cancer detection and treatment, including melanoma, dermatopathology, phototherapy for psoriasis and other skin diseases, and laser therapy. He has published several articles on itching as well. Dr. Bueller is a member of several professional organizations, including, The American Academy of Dermatology, The Society for Pediatric Dermatology, The American Society for Mohs Surgery, The Florida Society of Dermatology and Dermatologic Surgery, The Florida Medical Association, The National Psoriasis Foundation, The North American Contact Dermatitis Society, The Palm Beach County Dermatology Society, and The Palm Beach County Medical Society.
