🌹I have owned for 6 years. It would not be the success that it is without my incredible team and those who have stepped in when needed.
🙏🏼Our studio is unique in its offerings and our clientele is very special. I take great care on whom I invite to teach here.

We don’t just teach yoga — we live it together. I choose to surround myself with teachers who embody presence, humility, and heart.
❤️As a studio owner, I value those who chose to work, teach and create in my space.
I’m enormously lucky to be surrounded by smart, gracious and lovely teachers.

We are so excited to welcome Laurie Levenstein to the team here !
🌹Join her on TUESDAYS AT 9:30 for a very special all level practice!
🙏🏼Her experience, enthusiasm and passion for teaching is in alignment with all that we do here.
A little more about Laurie:
Laurie has been a full time yoga instructor since 2011. She completed her first Yoga Certification for Ashtanga-based Vinyasa in 2011 and a 500-hour Yoga Certification for Hatha Yoga in 2013. In 2020, She obtained her Reiki Master Certification. Laurie’s guidance, as an Empathic Coach, helps her clients find health and happiness by building meaningful connections with Self through Spiritual Coaching, with a focus on Emotional Release.
❤️Some words from Laurie: “I get excited about every interaction I have, because we are all here to serve each other in the most beautiful ways. I especially enjoy encouraging students and friends to see things from an elevated perspective, and to face the adventures that come with life with a curiosity and wonder that negative thoughts cannot destroy. The healing tools of Yoga, Meditation, and Reiki, have produced transformational miracles in my life. I have witnessed overwhelming shifts in clients and students, more times than I can recall. Teacher Spotlight - Samantha Muzio
🍃We are so excited to welcome Samantha to our team! She is now leading a weekly Inspirational flow as well as alternating on Tuesday evenings.
🍃With over 12 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist, Samantha brings a deep understanding of body mechanics and therapeutic techniques to her yoga practice. She completed her RYT-200 right here with a focus on Vinyasa, Yin and Restorative Yoga. 🍃Samantha’s teaching philosophy blends the therapeutic benefits of yoga with mindful movement, breath awareness, and alignment principles, creating a nurturing environment where students of all levels can explore their practice safely and confidently.

🍃Through yoga, Samantha seeks to empower her students to harness their body’s potential for healing, balance and transformation.
