linktr.ee/yogawithishwari During the pandemic, I expanded my practice by earning a 300-hour advanced teacher training, and I'm now a proud 500 RYT instructor. Recently, I achieved certification in aqua yoga and am excited to bring this new dimension to South Florida starting in July 2023. In April 2024, I also became certified in chair yoga. Additionally, I am trained in Tai Ji Quan, Moving for Better Balance, integrating its principles into my holistic approach to wellness. You can find my class schedule and events on my website. Keep an eye out for spontaneous pop-up yoga sessions, and look forward to upcoming yoga retreats beginning in 2025. Join me for full moon yoga on the beach at Oceanfront Park in Boynton Beach.
