HAPPY FATHERS DAY!!
Celebrating our most challenging and priceless blessings given to us. At times, leaving us feeling discouraged, rejected, unappreciated. All that, overshadowed by their joy, comfort, and sense of wellbeing when we are there protecting and supporting them when they need us, and they want us. And we keep on, keeping on fathering selflessly at any cost because it is what we do, it is our chosen path. Because they are our best teachers holding in their hands our spiritual compass. I humbly thank you for choosing me as your father.

Causes of Leg Pain 🚶🏽‍♂️🚶🚶🏽‍♀️:

-Subluxations (spinal bone misalignments)
-Muscle cramps
-Dehydration
-Side effects of medications
-Nutritional deficiencies
-Muscle strain or fatigue
-Injury to joint, tendon, ligament, or muscle Injury to ankles, hips, or knees
-Poor biomechanics
-Disc problems and more

When there is dysfunction in the ankles, hips, or knees, the body is unable to move properly which causes the entire biomechanics of the spine to be altered resulting in increased spinal muscle tension and nerve compression. Subluxations (spinal bone misalignments), disc degeneration, a bulging/protruded disc (disc herniation), or even osteoarthritis can cause pain in the legs by compressing the spinal nerves, which start in the low back and travel down into the legs and feet. Spinal stenosis, the narrowing of the spinal cord canal, compresses the spinal cord or spinal nerve roots and can cause leg pain in a variety of different locations depending on where the nerve is compressed.

Why Is ‘Tech Neck’ Bad for You? 📲📲📲

“Tech neck” can cause headaches, neck pain, pain in the shoulders, pain in the upper back, tingling or numbness in your hands, and even a loss of the natural curve of the spine".

The severity of the symptoms will vary from person to person, but they tend to be more prominent in correlation with an increased level of activity on a cell phone or other device, he notes.

In a study published in 2019 in PLoS One that included survey data from more than 500 people, researchers found a strong association between the amount of time someone spent using their phone and the duration and severity of their neck pain. The study authored recommended that people pay more attention to healthy sitting positions and the amount of time using cellphones to help cut back on neck and shoulder pain caused by device use.

Working from home is ruining your posture 😮😮😮

If you’re lucky, you have a home office — but you’d be in the minority. Rather than office desks and chairs, most people are having to choose between sofas, beds, kitchen tables, or the floor, moving less than ever before in smaller spaces. And this could have a devastating impact on our bodies.

The worst offenders are the laptops that we are using to work for eight hours or more a day. When you use a laptop without external equipment (like a keyboard or a mouse) you are much more likely to develop neck and upper back discomfort.
