She combines her knowledge of personal development, yoga, body awareness, reiki energy healing, mindset, meditation, breath work, inner child healing, nourishment and sound healing into her program to help her clients experience deeper self-love, self connection and profound intuitive guidance while finding healthier boundaries, clarity and courage. Their confidence, motivation and full-expression creates the life of their dreams that is authentic to them. Her program integrates the practical with the spiritual in a magical healing journey. After leaving the corporate world as a graphic designer and art director, and graduating from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in NYC, she began practicing as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, but this direction did not feel completely aligned. After evolving her practice and incorporating her spiritual knowledge and practices into her coaching, she created her mentorship program, ‘Vibrant Radiant Alignment’. Over her years in the healing arts, she has become well known for her gentle soothing voice, profound insights, deep energy healings and meditations, and a powerful guide for personal transformation and breakthroughs. In addition to her mentorship, she also provides private Reiki sessions and teaches reiki crystal meditation and yoga classes both in person and online. Felice’s mission is to reconnect people to their bodies, intuition and Authentic Voice. My 2022 energy looked like a lot of internal processing–cocooning, observing, accepting, releasing, nourishing, nurturing, slowing down.

My 2023 energy is feeling lighter, faster, brighter. I e been feeling the call to collaboration– to hold space with souls that desire to uplift and expand with mutual respect, adoration and intention.✨

Although we come into this world and leave it by ourselves, while we are here in this human experience, we are designed to connect with each other. If you are an empath or have gone through trauma / difficult relationships, it might feel a little scary to do so, but connection is next level magic✨.

When you surround yourself with people in light, empowerment, respect, adoration and sovereignty, it allows you to expand yours…and inspires others to do the same🦋.

Next week the opening ceremony for the 7-day Love Frequency Summit begins! That morning and each morning of the summit, I will hold a sacred space Dharma Embodiment Session with daily rituals, practices, meditations, journal prompts to activate radical self-love and your intuition.

What lights you up from the inside?

For me, the beach, ocean, soft breeze kissing my skin, chanting, music, movement, dancing, crystals, oils, nature, meaningful conversations.✨

We were all born loving ourselves. There is no baby in the world that looks down at their body and thinks that they’re fat or thinks they’re not worthy of love, food, being held, nurtured and nourished. We come in with the original knowing that we are sovereign, holy, beautiful and worthy.

Yet, often the knowing gets covered up through experiences along the way.

Your higher self doesn’t forget that you are worthy and loved, and knows the reason for being here is to experience love expansion, empowerment, abundance, prosperity, community and joy.

As a human, we get to uncover, peel back the layers that lay over the knowing, to reveal your divine greatness that has always been here.

Last day of 2022

The last week of the year carries the energy of slowing down. As I am sitting for 2 more pups, they teach me to slow down …nap, rest, play and get fiesty. They flow in the present moment.🌀

Yet, I was feeling resistance to slowing down, the struggle is real. I gave the resistance my full attention. It needed to be seen and felt—-allow, feel, breathe, pleasure and peace, I opened to it all…

And then I softened, ready to dive in!

I have been reviewing my journals from 2022 and connecting with the highlights —a contemplation exercise from my coach .

2022 —I held myself in so much rawness. I let go… (people, places, situations, habits, patterns, beliefs), and it is not easy dude. Letting go of what is out of alignment, creates radical self love, courage and pure honesty.

Maintaining my frequency became my most important priority this year. Summing up my year in one word: “alignment”.

As we bid adieu to 2022, I honor every bumble, bruise, pain, heartbreak, idea, triumph, connection, success and celebration. 🎊

We are in that magical week between Christmas and New Year’s. It's a powerful time to think about all the beauty you have created in the past year, what you desire to let go of, what you are celebrating and what you will create in the upcoming year.

It is a time of fun and parties, and can also create lonely feelings, stressful family gatherings. When you remember you have a CHOICE, especially to anything that feels like an obligation, is a radical act of self-love.

You can choose to go to the parties you want to go to, stay how long it feels right in your body, leave when you feel ready and perhaps you do not actually need to go to every single event. Choosing consciously gives you back your sense of power!

BUT, I did not always know this...

There was a time in my life when I was fully disconnected from any concept of self-love, self-care, my emotions and even my own opinions. My focus was purely on survival.

Having spent more than 20 years on my own path to wellness and awakening, I birthed my superpowers through radical self-love and self-care. Staying connected to my intuition, higher self, and my guidance have become my ‘normal’ and helped me step into my authentic power. And now, I help other people do the same.

On my journey, I have learned:
💫to manifest from a powerful space, instead of a space of fear.
💫to tap into my intuition and spirit team for guidance.
💫to hold space for myself while going through difficult emotions and regulate my nervous system.
💫to honor my hero’s journey with reverence.
💫to lean on my body as a trustworthy instrument for intuition.
💫to speak my authentic truth (and discern who is worthy of it).

I want this for you, too.

What a sweet 2 days…

I began the solstice in community with my sisters at an early morning sadhana , dressed in white, embracing the dark and the new light to come🤍

Did my own devotional practice at the beach, connection, contemplation, declaration, walking, BE-ing, softening, journaling.

Went home to create and then back to the studio to teach a double-header—-solstice inspired yoga and meditation classes. The feels we’re magical💫✨

I received the most adorable gifts from a couple of my students / clients! I’m so in love with the tshirt “I’ve got a crystal for that” and my new lotion “falling in love—you must first love yourelf before you can truly love another”. Lol boy do they know me! Sooo grateful!

Today I packed up to go dog sit for 2 precious pups and my heart is full. So much fun taking care of them going for walks, giving them food and chilling with them. I think they like my meditation practice 😉

One stayed on my lap for my client session. I think she was adding to the healing 🐶

I’m still feeling the quiet energy of the solstice. Shadows are showing. And I’m here for it, with so much compassion, love and reverence.

So much letting go and feeling into the embodiment of what I’m calling in. Who do I get to Be. Leveling up with radical love. I am here. Adsum.

It’s been a bit since I’ve taught a yoga class. Yoga, my first love ❤️…The winter solstice felt like the perfect time to say yes.

The winter Solstice is the shortest day and the longest night. The energy is very internal.🙏

Afterwards, we begin the journey back to the Light.

Join me and create sacred time to pause, just like nature does ❄️.

It’s an opportunity to release energies we don't

As I prepare content for my upcoming event, I’m excited, yet I feel the weight of responsibility it is to embody what I teach.

Even though I have a long-time regular spiritual practice, i am human, and am not always in “love and light” energy✨.

As the universe would have it, during this process my shadows have been popping up—of course they are! —it’s my opportunity to raise my own vibe and embody what I teach. Bring it on, universe!🔥

Last week, Twitch Boss’s su***de rocked me. This guy exuded love, light and joy, with no signs of isolation, anxiety or depression, yet he felt inside he couldn’t go on. why? how?

Andy Lassner’s post opened my eyes:
“He made everything about you. There was a heavy burden that none of us realized he was carrying.
He must have been so tired. But we didn't know because he never wanted it to be about him. Ever.
He gave us by allowing us to take light from his
flame.”

Does this sound familiar to you? It does to me. So many people feel it’s easier to support than to be supported. Why? Some stories we tell ourselves:
🚫They won’t understand
🚫They will judge you
🚫It will be too heavy for them
🚫They will leave you
🚫I can handle it myself, I’m good

Personal accountability is necessary for healing and thriving…And part of that is finding balance between giving and receiving. Giving yourself time and space, even for a few minutes a day to be with yourself and give yourself what you need.

I have to admit, creating the biggest online event of my career to date, my self-care dropped. And oops I felt it! I was called to go deeper into my shadow, so I can know my light at a new level.💫 I made the shifts and am coming back into my flow🌊

For me to serve in the highest way possible, it’s frequency first. When my frequency drops, I notice results in my life that I don’t enjoy. That’s my indicator⚠️ to breathe and pivot to radical self-love and perhaps get support.
