Sarcoidosis is a rare disease that affects the lungs and leads to inflammation in the blood vessels of the pulmonary artery. It is one of the few diseases that affect the lungs the most. When your breathing is affected due to sarcoidosis, you don’t necessarily have enough time to go to a doctor and get treatment. To date, there has been no definite cure for sarcoidosis.

Therefore National Sarcoidosis Day is essential to inform people of the symptoms and precautions.
