What a night. 💙🎤

Our RECO Alumni Talent Show reminded us just how much talent, courage, and personality exists within this community. From performances to laughter and everything in between, we were blown away by those who stepped up to share a piece of themselves.

More than anything, it was a beautiful reminder of the support that makes this community so special. Watching everyone cheer each other on, connect, and simply enjoy a fun night together is what recovery is all about.

Thank you to everyone who participated, performed, and showed up. We’re already looking forward to the next one.

A lot of our coping skills begin long before we realize it.

The environments we grow up in, the people around us, and the ways we learned to respond to stress, conflict, or emotions often shape how we react later in life. Sometimes those coping mechanisms protected us at one point, even if they no longer serve us now.

Healing is not about blaming your past. It’s about understanding yourself with more compassion and learning healthier ways to respond, feel, and move through life. 💙
