Sometimes it looks like quieter thoughts, stronger boundaries, and less pressure to be perfect.
If you see yourself here, you’re making progress—even on the days it doesn’t feel like it.

To start improving your self-esteem start by:

Keeping little promises to yourself. Create self trust, hold yourself accountable. When you tell yourself you’ll do something, do it.

Change the way you speak to yourself. Be more positive when talking about yourself, or to yourself. Instead of saying you’re bad at something, saying you’re still learning.

Remind yourself that you are not defined by your mistakes. Mistakes happen, you learn from them.
