What’s the difference between dry needling and acupuncture?
I get this question often.
Both interventions use monofilament needles, but the focus of the treatment is different.
Acupuncture focuses on treating the energy flows of the human body, while dry needling specifically aims at releasing tension present in trigger points. When these trigger points are released, immediate relief is often felt.

Dry needling can be used with or without electrical stimulation to amplify the effects of the needling.

Call now if you would like to experience this wonderful procedure. No physician referral needed.
