Carmen Morren is the Social Media Manager for Covenant Life & Wellness, bringing creativity, strategy, and a deep sense of intention to how the organization connects with families. She has a strong eye for storytelling and a natural ability to translate the passion of the team into words that feel warm and engaging.

A curator of community, Carmen is a doula deeply rooted in the world of birth and family care, giving her a unique perspective that brings our mission to life in a way that feels real and relational. Her work is shaped by her faith and a desire to live out forgiveness, grace, and intention. Timmayia Devoe is a doula who brings kindness and empathy into her work. She brings a steady, compassionate spirit to the families she serves, with a natural ability to meet people in both joy and grief with equal care.

Her journey into birth work came naturally, as a way for her tenderness and empathy to find expression and purpose. She has stepped into this work with growing confidence, clarity, and a strong sense of calling. She is also a Michigan Medicaid-approved doula and continues to pursue opportunities that expand her knowledge and ability to serve local families.

Katie shows up with compassion and understanding that can’t be taught. Her faith shines through in the way she cares for others, reflecting God’s unconditional love through her actions, her words, and her presence.
