⛑️ The Recovery Position

If someone is unconscious but breathing, placing them in the recovery position can save their life until help arrives.

✅ Keeps the airway clear
✅ Prevents choking on saliva or vomit
✅ Helps them breathe more easily

How to do it:
1️⃣ Roll the person onto their side
2️⃣ Tilt their head back slightly to keep the airway open
3️⃣ Bend the top leg and arm to stabilize the body

Simple steps like this make a huge difference in emergencies. 💙

Hot days can turn dangerous quickly—especially when heat-related injuries strike. From heat exhaustion to heat stroke, knowing the warning signs and staying hydrated can save lives.

⚠️ Watch for symptoms like:

* Dizziness or headache
* Heavy sweating or sudden lack of sweat
* Muscle cramps
* Nausea or confusion

💡 Hydration Tip: Water is great—but when you’re active in the heat, you also need electrolytes to replace lost minerals. Drinks with sodium, potassium, and magnesium can help your body recover faster and keep you safer.
