60 Minute Immersive Sensory & Sound Healing Journey with Holly Nacol

Holly attended a PLAYTIME class in April 2022, then attended the practitioner certification training in July 2022. After cofacilitating a few sessions, she then took Nikki's private Business Startup Training and launched her own business soon thereafter.

Join this class in April & May for $11 OFF as our way of welcoming YOU to Holly's morning offerings on Mondays and Wednesdays.

Align your mind, body, and spirit while being fully enveloped in sounds, frequencies and tactile physical vibrations from gongs, Himalayan bowls, crystal bowls, various drums, rain sticks, chimes, rattles, tuning forks, weighted tuning forks and more during the therapeutic sensory & sound healing journey.

INCLUDED: Optional aromatherapy and use of an eye mask, pillow, blanket, bolster & prepaid comfort platform of choice (only yoga mat options are offered for this particular session)

BRING: Hydration, socks, & your own comfort items if you have particular needs. Chapstick is suggested for breathwork sessions.
