As a side note though…

If you perform a study with participants that successfully lost a considerable amount of weight and kept it off for 10+ years, I would be confident in assuming that very few of them would contribute their success to a detox program.

Reality was, I was highly arrogant and ignorant as to why we should follow the proper channels when it comes to becoming a health expert - Nutritionist, R.D., Personal Trainer, etc.

Using these MLM companies to make some side hustle money for your family is fine. Acting like your the go-to source for health and fitness information (especially if your health isn’t optimal either) is absolutely a no go 🙅🏼‍♂️

If you’re truly passionate about helping others get healthier, do it the right way and pursue the necessary degrees and/or certifications.

It will truly make you stand apart from all the wannabes.

Before ever training an individual, I shadowed a highly respected PT and Bodybuilder in the industry for 2 years…yep two whole years!

Why? Because I wanted to do things the right way and not try to run before I could even walk.

Nowadays, most people lose weight through starvation shakes and then they magically think they have the authority or respect to coach people.

It doesn’t work like that. ❌

Get your foundation set first before you start acting like you’re the next Layne Norton or Mike Israetel.

There is nothing wrong with working for cheap to gain experience, remember that.

HOW TO LOSE 23LBS & 8.5 INCHES 🔥🔥🔥

Earlier today I spoke with one of our hall of fame clients, "Becky" (name changed for privacy), about her transformation...

When "Becky" and I started working together, she was dealing with a lot of stress. I mean, a LOT...

She was a wife and mother separated from her family due to work demands, she ate out a lot which caused her to gain weight and her sleep was poor due to the demands of her job in law enforcement.

With all the stress internally and externally she was experiencing, could you imagine how chaotic it would've been if we just gave her an intense workout routine to follow or some strict eating regimen?

In my opinion, this is why most "diets" fail.

They don't account for lifestyle stressors, routines, and various priorities.

The first thing we did was monitor her overall stress and implement self-care techniques weekly to reduce cortisol and allow the body to feel SAFE ENOUGH to lose body fat (read that again).

Most importantly, we manipulated her daily diet to fit her lifestyle and it's demands. Not the other way around!

Currently, Becky still has a highly stressful job but she's learned to manage it while prioritizing her internal and external health. She's officially lost 23 lbs and almost 9 inches!

Talking to her on the phone, you can hear the energy and peace in her voice. Moving forward, we will take things to the next level by maximizing her overall strength and power now that the body fat is gone.
