We’ll be set up in the clinic driveway at 1:30.

Please arrive at 1:30 (not 30 minutes before or 30 minutes after!)

We have just enough for those who completed the form in advance.

We understand it may be a little harder to get what you need from the grocery store these days…

And we want to help lighten the load.

We’re preparing bags of grocery items for local families who could use a little extra support right now — for whatever reason, whether you are our patient or not.

Update: So many responses! We reached 250 entries and are going to stop so we can be sure to provide quality, full bags.
