Inspirational health post incoming! Did you know that simply performing acts of kindness (like remembering to bring your favorite coworker a paczki) can lower your stress hormone (cortisol) levels by an estimated 23%? Lower cortisol = better sleep on average and even easier weight management (unless you eat your coworkers paczki).

Also, there are surprisingly few free and usable pictures of paczki on the internet.
