Welcome to our Sensory Series!

Putty and play-doh aren’t just fun, they’re powerful tools in ABA therapy! 🦋 These sensory toys help strengthen hand muscles while providing calming tactile input, supporting fine motor development and emotional regulation in children with autism. We love to utilize fun toys like this with our patients to give them (and us😊) a fun way to work on new skills!

Meet Magnolia’s newest provider, Laura Guzzardo! 🌸

Laura is a Licensed and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). She has 5 years of experience in the field of ABA. In 2019, she graduated from Louisiana State University with her bachelor’s degree in Child and Family studies. She then went on to pursue her master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis at Ball State University while completing her clinical training at a local ABA therapy clinic. We are so excited to have her on board!
