Harvest Manor Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center provides 24-hour long-term nursing care for those who can no longer live safely alone as well as rehabilitation services for people need short-term therapy. We also provide hospice services in a warm and welcoming environment. Our comprehensive and holistic program of care helps enhance our residents’ quality of life and provide them with a place they are proud to call home. We opened our doors more than a half century ago in the charming town of Denham Springs, Louisiana. Harvest Manor was the first nursing home in Livingston Parish and we continue to provide quality care with Professional minds, Merciful hands and Compassionate hearts today. In addition to offering Skilled Nursing, long-term and hospice services, Harvest Manor is proud to offer a secured Memory Care Neighborhood for those diagnosed with dementia, Alzheimer's and other forms of cognitive impairment. We embrace the philosophy that everyone with a cognitive impairment can live a purposeful life.
